Meet the Artist

Hello~ You can call me Seika (but my friends call me Kitty).

 

I am currently 23 years old, and a self-taught digital and traditional artist living in Australia. I have had an interest in art since I was very young. My main subject matter is people. "Anime" of Japanese animation has been my biggest influence, as well as the styles of certain cartoons. I started drawing when my dad's cousin had come to stay with us and she liked to draw, and I loved to watch her so it sparked my interest. I wasn't serious about my passion until late primary school, and going into high school when I realized that I wanted to make it a career.

I am in no ways perfect with my art yet, but I am always practicing and trying to get better at it. I am still learning.
