Terms of Service

  • Icons, sketches, designs

  • Wings

  • Full body, half body, headshots

  • Humanoid androids/robots

Won't Draw♦

  • NSFW / R18+ art

  • Anthros / Furries (Kemonomimis are fine)

  • Animals

  • Drugs, alcohol, abuse, gore, etc (Some blood is fine)

  • Complex or overly detailed designs

  • Fetishes

  • Some props (please ask first)

  • Complex backgrounds and details

  • Detailed Mechas

  • Heavily muscular characters

TL;DR

  • If you are under the age of 18, you must get parent permission before buying

  • My artwork is copyright to me. You may not claim it as your own work.

  • If you want to purchase my art for commercial use (selling merchandise, business cards, etc), there will be an added fee.

  • Usage of the commissioned artwork by anyone other than the artist or client is prohibited if permission hasn't been granted.

  • I reserve the right to use any work I create in any way I see fit (E.g. posting online for review, critique, or exhibition). UNLESS the client states otherwise when ordering the commissions (Tell me if you don't want the artwork posted publicly).

  • Only the buyer of the piece of artwork may re-upload the work

  • Re-uploaded artwork MUST be the watermarked version. Unwatermarked version is for PERSONAL use only

  • Prices posted on this site, or anywhere else are subject to change at any time

  • Paypal accepted and preferred

  • Save the artwork in case of deletion

  • I hold the right to decline the commission for whatever reason

  • Full payment must be paid before the comission is finished and sent

  •  Full refunds are only available if I haven't started the sketch yet or if I have to cancel for any reason

  • Only partial refund will be given if sketch phase has already started

Commercial Use

  • The cost of the commission will be higher as you are also paying for the rights to use the artwork commercially for profit.

  • If you've purchased a commission before and wish to upgrade for commercial use, you will pay a small fee

  • Depending on what you use the artwork for, there will be a difference in fee prices

Artwork Usage

  • All rights reserved

  • Do not claim, copy, or edit my work in any way.

  • My artwork is copyright to me. My artwork is not allowed to be used by any means without my permission

  • Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may re-upload the work

  • The commissioned piece may be uploaded to my social media or in my portfolio (unless otherwise specified)

  • I reserve the right to use any work I create in any way I see fit (E.g.. posting online for review, critique, or exhibition)

  • The commissioner may also use the work as part of a reference sheet, or crop it for an icon if desired

  • Credit must be given to me (@SeiKittea Art) when re-posting or using any of my art, do not imply that you or someone else did the work (You don't need to credit me everytime you repost it, but it is appreciated)

  • You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement

  • Do not allow others to redraw, trace, recolour, or redestribute my artwork under any circumstances

  • Violations to this Terms of Service agreement will result in being added to my blacklist

Payment

  • I accept payment through PayPal (USD unless otherwise stated)

  • A Paypal (or Artistree) invoice will be sent for you to pay

  • All discounts, sales, and fees are reflected in the prices

  • Full payment must be sent before I finish the commission. (I will send you a sketch of the commission and await your approval, once approved, please send the full payment. I will not finish the commission if the full payment has not been paid)

  • I DO NOT accept mailed cash or snail mail

  • Never send payment without my approval, because if you do I will consider it a tip or donation and may not refund you

  • All sales are final once payment has been received

  • Tips and donations are appreciated but not required or necessary.

Process

  • If you are under the age of 18, please get parental permission to order a commission

  • I hold the right to decline anyone at anytime for any reason

  • Order forms are provided to you for convenience. Simply fill out and submit

  • Forms should be filled to the best of your ability, so I can get a clear picture of what you want your commssion to be like (The more detailed, the better)

  • If I accept your commission request, I will contact you and send you the total price to pay

  • You can choose to send the full payment upfront, or wait until I have showed you a sketch that you have approved of first

  • Full finished commission will not be sent until full payment is paid (whether upfront or 50/50)

  • All commissions are subject to artistic freedom unless specifics are requested

  • Please specify if you would like your commission to remain private and unposted when you order

  • Estimated time for commission completion depends on my current queue, or if I have a large project/multiple projects going on

  • The commission will generally take anywhere from one week to one month.

  • If there are any serious delays, I will notify you

  • Images/referances are preferred for me to complete your commission

  • Written descriptions are accepted, but not preferred (Please include an idea board from Pinterest, etc, so I may get a better idea of what you want. I work best with visuals)

  • Failure to comply will result in a decline of your commission and may result in a block

  • Commissions will be delivered to you by email that you provide, or a Google Drive

Pricing

  • Prices posted on this site, or anywhere else are subject to change at any time without warning

  • All prices listed are base prices

  • Extra charge may be added to your commission if you have an overly complex character, or want any extras

  • If you want to purchase my art for commercial use (selling merchandise, business cards, etc), there will be an added fee.

  • Please be aware that only the artist can worth their art, and arguing about the pricing may result in a block and/or being blacklisted

Refunds

  • All sales are final once payment has been received

  •  Full refunds are only available if I haven't started the sketch yet or if I have to cancel for any reason

  • Only a partial refund will be given if the sketch phase has already started and you decide to cancel

  • If you are finicky or a picky customer, or are continually uncooperative, I may give you a partial refund and no longer wish to work with you.

Revisions

  • It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission

  • I will ask questions if I feel the need to find out more information, it is your responsibility to give me correct information

  • If you failed to inform me of a mistake or forgot, I will be happy to change it (within reason), but depending on the complexity or the amount of things that need fixing, there may be an additional cost.

  • You must pay to make any complex changes, but I may not always be willing to accept them

  • Revision costs are dependent on the amount of work it will take to complete it

Save your Commission

  • I am not responsible for any deleted or missing commissions from my galleries

  • Artists often clean up their galleries, so please save your commission onto your computer

  • If you don't have it saved, you can politely ask me if I still have the file, but I am in no way obliged to refund or replace the commission if I cannot find it

Waitlist

  • If you've been put on the waitlist, it means I would like to do your commissions but I am either unable to start the process immediately (due to workload/being busy, etc), or I am taking a break

  • If you are added to the waitlist, there is no further action required from you at this stage. I will contact you once I am ready to start on your commission.

  • Please make sure you have the correct funds for the commission when it comes time to pay once I contact you about your commission
