Adoptables

Design/Adoptable

-Once you buy the character, it belongs to you and you can modify the design 

-You need permission first if adopting on behalf of or for someone else
-If reselling the adoptable, please don't sell for more than the original price (unless extra art has been made of the adoptable)

-For set price adopts, you will have 48 hours to pay (If you need more time, maximum holding time is a week).

-Changes to the designs are acceptable, but please do not edit the original artwork
-When you have drawn the adopt send me a link to the picture, I'd love to see it (you don't have to if you don't want to)
-Please credit me at least once when you repost or draw/use this character

-All sales of the designs are final

-Multiple violations of these rules and agreements means that I will put you on a blacklist which prohibits your future purchases and use of my adoptables

Auctions

-Always follow the rules of the auction itself

-Never hide your bids, even if you make a mistake, I will hide them if necessary

-Do NOT retract your bids, especially without notice (If you don't wish to bid anymore, tell me)

-If outbid, you are no longer obligated to pay me anything once the auction has ended, even if the person who outbid you broke the rules or retracted their bid

-In the event that the winner of the bid breaks the rules or cancels the bid/cannot pay, the runner up of the auction will be contacted and asked if they would like to purchase at their last bid price

-Auctions always end on the date listed in the description of each post

-Payment is due within 24 hours of me notifying you for winning, unless otherwise discussed beforehand

-If you fail to pay within this time and without notice, I will offer the adopt to the next person

-Auctions may be cancelled, postponed, or extended in the event of no bids
